Last spring I did a short paper on what I now call Prolonged-Wakefulness Speech, or PWS. The data was collected from two Wisconsin Assemblymen during the Assembly debate of the Budget Repair bill. Hopefully soon I’ll do long-term average spectra (LTAS) on the recordings so that we can see how the results compare to Nick’s intoxicated speech data.
