Second speaker consonant marking; word initial /t/ and /d/.

First attempt at marking word initial /t/ and /d/.

Here is a consonant script which only sets the environments. 

Average energy in band1 and band2 for 30 msec prior to transition

and 30 msec after transition.

Sorted by VOICING within speaker.

Comparison plots of different energy bands

1. Band1:  0-300 Hz
2. Band2:  350-560 Hz
3. Upper:  400 Hz and up
