Pt 2: Post-processing images
1. ImageJ (NIH)
— open .mov
— File > Save As > Image Sequence format jpeg + check off use slice labels as file names
2. EdgeTrak (Univ of MD, Baltimore)
— load images
— get name of one jpg and insert it in the first box
— the naming from ImageJ is sequential so you might replace the last two numbers as ## (wildcards) and then put the from and two number in the boxes below this one.
— this gets the pictures
— set range
— click the red dots on the tongue shape and then optimize (might optimize one slide first)
— need to figure out how to get the data for inputin into R
